Dave Arnold

 

Dave is a long time member of Saddleback Church who for years enjoyed attending in anonymity until he heard his pastor Rick Warren’s vision for P.E.A.C.E. The message grabbed his heart and caused him to redirect his life towards serving full time in ministry. Since 2003 he has served with the P.E.A.C.E. Plan, Purpose Driven and Saddleback Church most recently as the Executive Pastor of Operations and COO. Dave is currently heading up the business leg of the “three legged stool” of P.E.A.C.E. (Government, Business and Church) for the P.E.A.C.E Coalition.

Prior to ministry, Dave was involved with medical product manufacturing and operations management for over 25 years where he assisted early stage companies develop strategies for growth and improved operational efficiencies and profitability. Dave has led several business turn-arounds including a successful IPO post Chapter 11 reorganization. He has advised and assisted companies in acquisitions and mergers and supported companies being sold by optimizing valuations through negotiation strategies. He has developed global business plans and set up International distribution centers.

He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelors degree in Economics and Business Administration from Wagner College. Most recently he received a Masters Degree in Ministry from Rockbridge Seminary and was licensed as a pastor at Saddleback church.

Dave has served on the board of directors several public, private and non-profit organizations.

Dave has been married to his wife Katie for 26 years and has two children (one living) his son Sean 22 attends the University of Wyoming. He enjoys motorcycles, flying, skiing and reading in his limited spare time.
