Originally from Houston, David got to Austin as quickly as he could.
He earned a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and an MA in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. David worked as a banker for 7 years, and then served on staff with Young Life for 15 years.
He joined the staff of Austin Ridge Bible Church in July 2007 after attending since 1998.
David is married to Betsy and has 2 children--a son, Taylor, and a daughter, Lindsay. David loves running (Finished 4 Austin Marathons and 10 Half Marathons) fly fishing, Barton Springs, the Rocky Mountains and the T-Rex omelet at Magnolia.
