Frank Childers

 

Frank is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy. He also has a Masters Degree in Organizational Theory and Small Group Decision Making from the University of Northern Colorado.

He served for eleven years in the Air Force, rising from cadet to the rank of Captain. He served in Ops, Plans, an Executive Officer and the Joint Strategic Target Planning Staff.

Frank has worked for twenty-nine years in Hi-Tech Sales, Marketing, Operations & General Management. He worked in:

• Design automation, EDA & the semiconductor industry
• Enterprise Software; Business Process Management
• Leadership Development & Deployment
• Organizational Change Management & Intervention

He has served for over thirty years in church leadership. Frank has been on the elder boards of three different churches, serving as an elder for over twenty-five years. Frank and his wife, Kathy, have served in multiple ministries including youth, college & career, young families, parenting teens, & marriage mentoring.
