Before moving to Texas, Bob Galloway practiced architecture with the 1993 AIA Gold Medal Firm Award winner Cambridge Seven Associates, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he served as Associate Head of Technical Review.
In 1996 he joined long-time friend John C. Jackson, AIA in Austin, Texas to form Jackson Galloway Associates, PLLC: a 16-person, full-service architectural firm that specializes in church, educational, athletic, and community facilities, with substantial experience in commercial and residential architecture as well.
Bob has developed master plans and built facilities for over 30 churches, many of whom have come back for subsequent projects, including First Baptist Church of Georgetown, Grace Covenant Church, Westlake Bible Church, Cornerstone Bible Fellowship, and Shoreline Christian Center.
Bob received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arkansas in 1978, where he graduated class salutatorian while playing linebacker for the NCAA Division I Razorback Football Team. He was married to his wife Carol in 1977 and they have three children.
