Lamar is the Founder and President of Partners in Church Consulting, a church consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. He has been involved with some of the leading churches in America for the last 30 years.
State and national denominational groups have called on him to assist in developing and implementing new programs and Pastors have sought his help in dealing with the challenges of their congregations.
Lamar has served on the teaching teams of both Rick Warren at Saddleback Valley Church and Ed Young at Fellowship Church, two of the largest and fastest growing churches in America.
His speaking ministry has taken him throughout America and he is a veteran of giving campaigns and strategic consulting relationships with churches of all sizes and denominations.
Lamar and his wife, Cindy, have 5 children and live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
