Curtis is the Executive Pastor of New Community Church of Wexford, Pennsylvania.
Curtis has over 28 years of experience in ministry and business transformation, specializing in strategic planning, operations management, family ministries, marital counseling, and church-based business administration.
Due a recent calling by God to move from secular work and lay ministry into full time ministry, Curtis serves as the Executive Pastor of New Community Church. He is responsible for strategic planning and implementation, ministry oversight and integration, marketing and communications, facility management and operation, financial management, human resource administration, staff and volunteer management, with additional interests in family ministries.
Prior to NCC, Curtis held executive positions in management consulting with BOKF Corporation, General Motors Corporation, Deloitte Consulting, and IBM Consulting.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, a Masters in Business Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University, and has partially completed a Masters degree in Information Systems Management, also from CMU.
Curtis and his wife, Martha, have six children: David, Abigail, Jonathan, Lydia, Daniel, and Joel.
