Paul joined the pastoral team at Montgomery Community Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, in February 2009, as the Executive Pastor. During his career, he has served as Youth Pastor, Senior Pastor, and Executive Pastor in churches of all sizes—small to megachurch—in several states, including Oklahoma, Texas, and Alaska. He guided five churches through a turnaround situation in which change was tantamount. His current ministry focuses on leading his staff and leaders to become a transforming church that sends thousands of missional servants into their community.
Paul and his wife, Brenda, were married in 1980, and they have one daughter who was recently married. They share a common passion for healthy leadership in churches and homes, outdoor activities like camping and biking, and reading. They dream of kayaking in the fjords of Alaska someday, all while whale watching. In the interim, he wanders zoos and aquariums dreaming of possible floats and safaris.
