The past three days I have come across issues that I have needed to network on for answers, and what hits my email box? The answer to that specific question in the form of my daily digest. I want to share with everyone the blessing I receive in being able to review the topics posted within this message board and how others are handling the same issues. That in and of itself has bee a great source of reinforcement to my thought process. Many times I think that I am the only one in our Leadership team that thinks about some of this stuff so I must be messed up and then I find that many of you are working on similar situations. The resources that I come across here are tremendous and have contributed to healthy repairs to our processes.
