And, they are quite popular.
Space is limited to a maximum of 20 people, so enroll today.
Pacific Northwest, here we come!
- Great presentations on pertinent topics: we will look into
- Who does what in your church?
- What belongs to the XP and what to the SP?
- How are you resolving the creative tension?
- Small Group interaction led by Dr. Fletcher
- Customized agenda setting: bring your questions!
- Networking and great relationships
... don't say we didn't warn you if it gets full. Enroll now. Pay here.
A great line-up for this one-day event in Seattle! You may want to bring your family with you to Seattle. Brad Leeper will continue his "classic" discussion with David about "Best and Worst Case Leadership Scenarios." We will have a senior pastor interview at lunch. There is plenty of open agenda time in the afternoon. The final speaker is you, the XP who brings questions, thoughts and ideas!
Our XP-Days bring together leaders to talk about relevant issues. We don't examine monotonous programs or extol the size of our churches. We hone our skills through life-on-life discussion.

Founder & Host XPastor
By drawing ministers from around your region and the nation, National XP-Days challenge cultural perspectives and promote the best practices of church leadership. National XP-Days are led by Dr. Fletcher.
National XP-Days are limited to 20 people to foster close discussion on pertinent topics. Authentic interaction is key. Don't bring pride about the size of your church or pretense in the extent of your ministry.
Our schedule follows the format of major presentations on core issues, followed by large group discussion and small group interaction. Several sessions are left open-ended, enabling each participant to bring questions for the group to examine.
- Cost: $150, includes books and lunch. Enroll here
- Please pay the event fee by credit card. Pay here
- Optional Sunday night dinner. Drop a message to Rob Cizek, our host.

Thanks to our friends at Generis Partners. True giving is a deeply transformative act. At Generis, we believe it's less about raising capital and more about raising the spiritual consciousness of people. It's about meeting churches where they are and helping them achieve their own true vision according to their unique culture. Whether that entails a video venue, multi-campus site, or raising a daunting amount of capital, Generis consultants are ready to share the Leadership's risk—because they understand it.
