Only a few times a year do we have XP-Days. Close up time with great topics and Dr. Fletcher. XP-Days are popular! Space is restricted to 20 XPs.

A National XP-Day in Washington, D.C.

Don't say we didn't warn you if it gets full.

For this one-day event in Washington, we feature great people and issues! We will continue the "classic" discussion about "Best and Worst Case Leadership Scenarios." There is plenty of open agenda time in the afternoon. The final speaker is you, the XP who brings questions, thoughts and ideas!

Our XP-Days bring together leaders to talk about relevant issues. We don't examine monotonous programs or extol the size of our churches. We hone our skills through life-on-life discussion.

By drawing ministers from around your region and the nation, National XP-Days challenge cultural perspectives and promote the best practices of church leadership. National XP-Days are led by David Fletcher.

National XP-Days are limited to 20 XPs to foster close discussion on pertinent topics. Authentic interaction is key. Don't bring pride about the size of your church or pretense in the extent of your ministry.

Our schedule follows the format of major presentations on core issues, followed by large group discussion and small group interaction. Several sessions are left open-ended, enabling each participant to bring questions for the group to examine.

Introductions and setting the course for the day

For each hour-long session, we will have an XP share from an area of expertise for 20 to 30 minutes. This will be followed by 30 to 40 minutes of discussion. This is a "safe place" to share success and struggles. Active participation in discussion is a must.

The Daughter Church of Life Support

This is a great "Harvard style" case study, meaning that you will have to vote on the possible outcome. Come and learn as the real life story unfolds.

""A Daughter Church on Life Support" by Dr. David Fletcher
In the summer of 2009, the Pastoral Leaders and the Board of Trustees of The Chapel knew they had to make a decision. Years before, The Chapel had helped plant a daughter church, Valleyview Chapel of Wadsworth, Ohio. Valleyview had grown and their entrepreneurial pastor took out a mortgage and built a big building. Later, attendance fell and the pastor left. The Chapel stepped in to help the daughter church ...

generisOur XP-Day Sponsor

Thanks to our friends at Generis Partners. True giving is a deeply transformative act. At Generis, "we believe it's less about raising capital and more about raising the spiritual consciousness of people. It's about meeting churches where they are and helping them achieve their own true vision according to their unique culture."

leeperWhether that entails a video venue, multi-campus site, or raising a daunting amount of capital, Generis consultants are ready to share the Leadership's risk—because they understand it.

Brad Leeper will be joining us and continuing his discussion with David, "best and worst practices in the church." Brad and David have been hanging out at XPastor events for 6 years and have tons to share.
